Vultr是一家创建于2014年的知名美国云服务器运营商。目前在非洲大陆的南非约翰内斯堡的开设了第一个数据中心。通过Traceroute追踪数据路由途径，该数据中心VPS的路由大致为电信与联通绕美国途径英国再到南非，移动绕路日本。

根据测试结果，其上游提供商为Cogent+PCCWG，接入NAPAfricaIX。国内延迟普遍较高，在400ms以上，上海CN2/9929延迟在350ms左右。
